wellness & Tranquility

  • The spa is a smoke-free environment.

  • The Spa focus is for our guests to achieve total wellness; therefore, we are also an alcohol-free environment. You may continue to enjoy libations in the restaurant, café and hotel, pool, or at special events.

  • The spa sanctuary is a place for tranquility, please plan on immersing yourself in a digital detox during your time in the spa and leave electronic devices behind.

  • The spa is an adult facility; we welcome guests 18 years or older.

  • The Spa at Wine & Roses provides robes, sandals, (in a full range of sizes) towels, and private lockers in addition to post treatment

RESERVATIONS & Arrival

  • Make reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of services.

  • When making reservations, please notify the Concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but many can be enjoyed.

  • Reservations can include up to 4 guests. Small groups of 5-8 guests are booked separately in our Waterfall Suite.

  • Please arrive (at least) 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow time to check-in, change, adn relax and/or familiarize yourself with the spa. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. If you arrive after your service time is scheduled, we will do our best to accommodate you and move your start time. If we are unable to do so, your service time will begin as scheduled. The length of service will depend on your arrival time.

Food & Beverage

  • Our goal is to capture the tranquility of our enchanting space as an area to relax and enjoy serenity, and we offer complimentary refreshments in our Tranquility Room. We encourage that you make lunch or dinner reservations in Towne House Restaurant, either before or after your services if you are interested in dining. When making dining reservations before your scheduled spa service, please allow enough time to arrive 15 minutes early for your service as spa services start promptly at your scheduled appointment time.

  • Please note, no outside food or beverage is permitted in The Spa.

Cancellation

  • If you must cancel your reservation, please notify the spa 48 hours prior to individual appointments, and 72 hours prior to package or group appointments to avoid a full-service price cancellation fee.

General Policies

  • Lockers are available for your clothing. It is recommended that you leave valuable items at home or in your hotel room.

  • The Spa at Wine & Roses reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • The spa at Wine & Roses is not responsible for lost items.

Gratuity

  • In appreciation of service, gratuities are welcomed and may be given at your discretion. 

DOG FRIENDLY

All members of your family are welcome, including your furry friends. We are a dog friendly hotel offering a limited number of dog friendly rooms. A per room fee of $100. for up to two dogs applies. The one time fee is waived for certified service animals. Dogs cannot be left unattended in guest rooms and must be crated or removed from the room during housekeeping service. Dogs must be leashed and attended to while walking the grounds.

SMOKE-Free CAMPUS

Wine & Roses strictly prohibits smoking and vaping on premises, including outside areas except where designated. This is in effect for all tobacco and smoking products, including chewing tobacco, pipes, cigars, and e-cigarettes. Usage of cannabis and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on the premises. Wine & Roses may terminate guest registration, ask guest to vacate the premises, and assess fines if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises. A fee of $200.00 will be applied to the room bill if smoking occurs in or around guestrooms.

OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHY

Wine & Roses is private property, therefore; photography on our premises is an exclusive amenity for guests that host events with us. We do not allow outside/professional photographers on our premises to perform photo sessions not associated with a booked event at Wine & Roses. Please understand that if you arrive at our grounds to take photographs, (i.e., prom photos, graduation photos, etc.) and you are not contracted for an event with us, we will kindly ask that you depart from the premises. We greatly appreciate your understanding of our position in wanting to care for and maintain our guests’ experience.
