Debuting late January 2025.

Guided by the culinary vision of Chef Charlie Palmer and Appellation Chief Culinary Director Thomas Bellec, this café, bakery, and market will offer a curated menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, catering, and prepared selections for take-home and pre-order meals.

Maison Lodi will be housed within a bright, contemporary farmhouse space shared with the Lodi Winegrape Commission.

In the meantime, visit our Maison Lodi pop-up at the bar at Towne House Restaurant.

The Artistry of exceptional food

Rooted in Lodi’s rich wine, grain-growing, and agricultural heritage, the menu features hearty breads and delicate pastries crafted in collaboration with Healdsburg’s acclaimed Quail & Condor Bakery, alongside rotisserie-roasted chickens, seasonal salads, and artisan sandwiches.

Guests will also find housemade marketplace selections, including estate preserves, tinned and smoked fish, pickled vegetables, private-label olive oil, patés and terrines, and more.

At Maison Lodi, every bite–and sip–tells the thoughtful story of ingredients selected from down the road and the resort’s on-property culinary gardens.
