RESORT INFORMATION & POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

  • A credit card is needed to guarantee all reservations. 

  • All rates are for single or double occupancy, unless specified otherwise. Extra person fees for additional guests are $20 per person, per night, plus tax. All guest room rates are subject to change based on availability. Blackout dates may apply for certain room types, room rates, and packages.

  • Rollaway beds available at $20.00 per night. (Rollaway beds are provided for downstairs rooms only.)

  • There is no additional charge for children under 17 years staying with an adult.

  • Port-a-cribs available at no charge.

  • Accessible rooms available. You can find detailed information on accessibility in our Accessibility Statement.

  • Hotel tax is 10.5% (6% occupancy tax and 4.5% Tourism tax)

  • There are no elevators or enclosed corridors on property. All guest room entries are outside and private.

CANCELLATION

We have a 48-hour modification/cancellation policy. Please contact us with any changes prior to your arrival, or if you need to cancel your reservation. If you do modify or cancel within 48 hours, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • The Hotel Front Desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

  • Check in is 3:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. Departures after 11:00am may be charged a late check-out fee. Late check-out fees vary based on time of departure and type of room reserved. Inquire about late check-out fees directly with the Front Desk. Early check-in’s are based on availability, must be pre-arranged with the front desk, and may incur an early check-in fee.

  • A credit card must be presented at the time of check-in.

RESORT SERVICES & AMENITIES

  • Our outdoor pool (heated in winter) features spacious patio seating and a jacuzzi. Open daily 7am-10pm.

  • Our fitness room features Precor cardiovascular and strength training equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, and an elliptical machine. There is also a weight lifting multi-station and free weights. Open daily 7am-10pm.

  • In room dining available Monday-Sunday 5pm-9pm. (Holiday hours may vary.)

  • Daily Housekeeping Service.

  • Dry Cleaning Service available.

  • Guest computer and business services available.

RESORT FEE

Wine & Roses implements a $25.00 per night resort fee, which includes daily coffee (6am-10am), use of fitness center and pool/jacuzzi with towel service, WIFI, premium cable, parking, and parking lot security. This resort fee is not a tax.

CANINES ONLY POLICY

  • We are a canine-friendly hotel offering a limited number of canine-friendly rooms.

  • A $150 canine fee per stay for up to two dogs applies and there is a two dog limit. This fee helps us maintain the high standard of cleanliness that our guests expect.

  • Guests must contact the hotel reservation department in advance to reserve a canine-friendly room. We cannot guarantee canine-friendly accommodations will be available if we are not notified in advance that you are traveling with your dog.

  • Each room is equipped with a dog bowl and doggie bags, a special fresh baked healthy treat and personalized welcome note for your dog.

  • Dogs cannot be left unattended in guest rooms and must be crated or removed from the room during housekeeping service. 

  • Dogs must be leashed and attended to while walking the grounds.

  • We welcome certified service animals in compliance with federal and state laws.

SMOKING POLICY

  • Wine & Roses strictly prohibits smoking and vaping on premises, including outside areas except where designated. This is in effect for all tobacco and smoking products, including chewing tobacco, pipes, cigars, and e-cigarettes.

  • Usage of cannabis and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on the premises. Wine & Roses may terminate guest registration, ask guest to vacate the premises, and assess fines if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

  • A fee of $200.00 will be applied to the room bill if smoking occurs in or around guestrooms.

OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Wine & Roses is private property, therefore; photography on our premises is an exclusive amenity for guests that host events with us. We do not allow outside/professional photographers on our premises to perform photo sessions not associated with a booked event at Wine & Roses.

Please understand that if you arrive at our grounds to take photographs, (i.e., prom photos, graduation photos, etc.) and you are not contracted for an event with us, we will kindly ask that you depart from the premises. We greatly appreciate your understanding of our position in wanting to care for and maintain our guests’ experience. 

GROUP ROOMS

  • Five rooms or more is considered a group and must be booked through our Sales department.

  • Groups are subject to the terms of a contract including cancellation policy and performance requirements.

  • In the event that a group of rooms are booked as individual reservations, the resort reserves the right to require the block of rooms to be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract.

EVENT VENUES/MEETING ROOMS

We offer over 7000 square feet of event space, and can accommodate intimate events from 10 guests, to grand events for 350 guests. We have a variety of versatile venue space to host special occasions, weddings, meetings, conferences, retreats, memorials, and more. If you ae interested in booking an event with us, please contact our Sales & Catering office.

Our event spaces are private areas, so we ask that you please schedule an appointment for a guided tour through the Sales & Catering office.
