  • Director of Restaurants & Bars

    Food & Beverage

    The Director of Restaurants & Bars is responsible for leading the restaurant’s Front of the House (FOH) daily operations and makes key operational management decisions in the Property’s beverage program.

    A viable candidate must be business minded and work to build a successful entity; project future business needs and develop customer loyalty. This role requires solid food and wine knowledge, proficiency in administrative computer systems, at least 5 years of management experience in food and beverage, and Sommelier training or certification The role requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. If you have the passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and a commitment to guest service with integrity & professionalism then this could be a good opportunity for you.

    This is a full-time position with compensation ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 annual salary, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, vacation, sick, and holiday pay.

  • Assistant Accounting Manager

    Administrative

    We are seeking an experienced Accountant for the Assistant Accounting Manager position. This role supports the Accounting Manager in financial reporting and recording of revenue and expenditures, adhering to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The position involves leading daily general ledger accounting functions in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI) guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate financials for efficient month-end and year-end close of company financial statements. All tasks are performed within the company's standard operating procedures, maintaining strict confidentiality when handling financial information.

    A strong candidate must have at least two years of experience in full-cycle decentralized accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting operations, including GAAP, USALI, budgeting, projections, and cost control. Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, and ten-key is required. Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, along with the ability to consistently meet deadlines, are essential. Previous experience with Sage Intacct, Paylocity, Maestro, and/or Aloha is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits, offering compensation ranging from $33.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. All candidates must undergo a background check.

  • Accounts Payable Clerk

    Administrative

    We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team. This role will support the Accounting Manager by assisting in the financial reporting of expenditures, adhering to accepted accounting procedures and company guidelines. The AP Clerk will handle invoice processing, general cashiering duties, month-end closing reports, and other accounting and clerical tasks, all while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding the company’s financial information.

    Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in computer skills, 10-key typing, and accounting systems. A strong understanding of accounting operations, including budgeting, projections, and cost control, is essential. Candidates must also possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills, precise analytical and problem-solving abilities, and high ethical standards.

    This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. All candidates must undergo a background check. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus benefits.

    If you are a skilled cook or someone who has passion for food and is willing to learn, then come join our Culinary Team, where there is room to grow in our various kitchens, restaurant, banquet, and cafe. We combine locally sourced ingredients with a commitment to exceptional service and a focus on creativity and innovation. Ongoing training is provided for future development. This position is responsible for preparing variety of menu items according to our specifications and recipes for our Food & Beverage outlets. They will be expected to work as a team in a clean and organized manner to prepare and serve meals in a timely fashion. It is an exciting position in a fast-paced environment demanding a high level of integrity and work ethic.

  • Baker

    We are seeking an experienced Baker who will be responsible in planning, preparation, and the daily baking operations for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. With a strong foundation in baking techniques and a commitment to consistency, the Baker will deliver a superior culinary experience for our guests. The Baker maintains and creates standardized recipes for all baked goods. The Baker works under the guidance of the Pastry Chef to elevate Wine & Roses to be the premier bakery in Lodi.

     To qualify, you must have a Culinary Arts degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience as Baker or in a similar role in a high-volume bakery or hotel setting. This is a full-time position that requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $24.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience plus benefits.

  • Pastry Cook II

    The Pastry Cook II plays a crucial role in preparing desserts and baked goods for the Wine & Roses department, adhering to portioning and presentation standards while ensuring profitability. This position requires the ability to follow standardized recipes and produce high-quality food cost-effectively, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction.

    Candidates must have at least one year of professional cooking experience, preferably in the pastry department. This part-time role demands availability on weekends and holidays, with a compensation rate of $20.00 per hour.

  • Cafe Barista / Cashier

    Food & Beverage

    The Barista/Cashier plays a vital role in the Towne Corner Cafe, preparing and serving deli food items, hot and cold beverages, including a variety of coffee and tea. Their responsibilities encompass educating customers about our drink and food menu, offering personalized recommendations based on preferences, upselling special items, and efficiently handling orders.

    To excel in this position, candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and a solid understanding of brewing equipment. A minimum of 1 year of Barista experience is required. This part-time position requires morning availability, including weekends and holidays, with an hourly rate of $16.00 plus gratuity.

  • Steward

    Food & Beverage

    The Steward is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitized, and sufficient supplies of plateware, silverware and utensils used by all kitchens. They maintain and clean the facility area of receiving, outside kitchen areas, trash receptacles, dumpster area and kitchens. In addition, this position requires standing for long periods of time, frequent lifting and reaching and being able to assist other departments when needed. They are also responsible for doing kitchen janitorial duties during business hours, which includes but not limited to trash removal, cleaning of the kitchen floor and mats. An ideal candidate can multitask and has strong organizational skills. We have both full-time and part-time positions open that does require flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is from $16.00 - $18.50 depending on experience. All candidates must undergo a physical fitness exam.

  • Server Assistant

    Food & Beverage

    The server assistant supports both front and back of the house staff by facilitating miscellaneous needs such as the removal of soiled plate ware, stocking needs, and cleaning. They expedite the table turning process by cleaning tables and re-setting for the next customers based on Wine & Roses standards. This position is also responsible for delivering all Hotel Room Service orders and picking up dishware from them as well. To qualify, you need at least 1 year Restaurant Front of the House experience. This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays. Compensation includes hourly rate of $16.00 plus gratuity.

  • Host

    Food & Beverage

    The host greets and manages the seating of all guests entering the Restaurant. Responsibility includes monitoring the flow of walk-in guests and those with reservations. Must be committed to providing a friendly, gracious, and compassionate attitude to all guests. To qualify, you need at least 1 year Customer Service experience. An ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills. This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $16.00 plus gratuity.

  • Banquet House Person

    Food & Beverage

    The Banquet House Person is responsible for setting up and breaking down function areas as scheduled, following the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and departmental standards. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of daily scheduled group functions, including their locations, the number of attendees, and the names and locations of all hotel function spaces. The Banquet House Person must be familiar with various meeting and banquet room setups and is tasked with collecting all items listed on the equipment requisition sheet and ensuring their delivery to the designated event space. Additionally, this position involves performing server functions and other assigned duties.

     Candidates must have at least one year of related experience and be adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks, working under stress, and exercising good judgment in guest and employee situations. All candidates must undergo a physical fitness exam and be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. The work environment includes kitchen settings, requiring the ability to carry loaded trays on slippery surfaces and handle hot plates and equipment with proper personal protective equipment. Work also takes place in outdoor areas of the property, which may be hot, cold, noisy, dusty, and subject to all weather conditions. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry equipment and supplies, and constantly walk and stand for long periods (up to four hours). The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including walking over uneven ground and up and down stairs to service guests, is essential.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.

  • Front Desk Agent

    We are looking for enthusiastic and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as part-time Front Desk Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, assisting guests with their needs, and overseeing every stage of their stay—from reservations and check-ins to departures and overall customer service.

    Ideal candidates will have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk setting or a similar role. This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. All applicants must pass a background check. The compensation for this role is $19.50 per hour.

  • Housekeeper

    We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for both guests and team members.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and custodial services, with experience in industrial cleaning. They should be able to understand and communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs, relay necessary information to supervisors and staff regarding guest issues and perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. This part-time position requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. All candidates must undergo a background check and physical fitness exam. Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $17.09 per hour.

  • Hotel Maintenance

    Hotel

    The maintenance position is responsible for the general upkeep and repair needs of Wine & Roses Hotel Restaurant Spa. Candidates should have 3 - 5 years of related experience with extensive experience in commercial painting and a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, finish work, HVAC, and pool maintenance. The role includes preventative maintenance of various equipment including AC units and filters, kitchen appliances, hotel rooms, and overall building repairs. The candidate should be able to work independently and unsupervised, maintaining workload and productivity.

    The shift will be 11:30am-8:00pm Tuesday - Saturday. Training will be 7am-3:30pm and last approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Weekend and on-call shifts are required, including nights and holidays. This is a full-time position with benefits. Compensation is from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience. All candidates must undergo a background check and a physical fitness exam.

  • Seasonal Maintenance

    Hotel

    The Seasonal Maintenance’s primary job function is refurbishing the teak furniture on property as well as performing other light duties. This is a Monday-Friday seasonal job that will start immediately and end sometime in the Fall. Compensation will be $18.00 per hour.

    All candidates must undergo a physical fitness exam. The job requires constant standing and repetitive use of hands, arms, bending, and simple grasping. Frequent walking and reaching above and below shoulder level and pushing or pulling. Occasional squatting, kneeling, climbing of ladders from step ladders to 12-foot ladder, crawling, power grasping and twisting of neck and waist.

  • Security

    Hotel

    The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for W&R guests and employees; patrolling; documenting; reporting; and following-up on safety and security hazards or infractions. This individual may also be required to carry out more general guest service tasks, such as delivering items to guest rooms or helping a guest to an area of the property. The Security Officer must demonstrate the ability to remain calm in emergencies, and balance excellent guest and employee relations skills while following safety and security standards set forth.

    This is a part-time position that requires a graveyard shift and weekend and holiday availability. Minimum of 2 years Security experience required. Compensation is $20.50 per hour. All candidates must undergo a background check.

  • Spa Concierge

    Spa

    The Spa Concierge plays an important role in support of all spa operations. When promoting Spa services or selling retail, scheduling reservations and confirming appointments, providing answers about services, checking in guests, or processing payments, the Spa Concierge makes every interaction feel like part of the overall spa experience. Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of customer experience, preferably scheduling appointments, possess professional telephone etiquette and general accounting skills as required for cash and credit transactions, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $17.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

  • Massage Therapist

    Spa

    The Spa is looking to expand our current team of professional, nurturing, and client-focused massage therapists. Qualified candidates will be CAMTC Certified. Have a minimum of 500 hours of education from an accredited school. Possesses skills in various modalities, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Pre-natal.

    We offer part-time positions ranging from 3 to 5 days a week, working at least 5 hours per shift. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $16.00 plus a piece rate and gratuity.
