A stunning transformation is underway at Wine & Roses, ushering in a new era for the beloved wine country retreat, which will debut as Appellation Lodi – Wine & Roses Resort and Spa, effective June 25, 2025.
Operating owners Russ and Kathryn Munson, along with their longtime investment partners, have partnered with Appellation - the culinary-first hospitality brand co-founded by celebrated American chef Charlie Palmer and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher Hunsberger - to guide the resort into its next chapter.
The hotel will continue to welcome guests for stays, dining and spa experiences during the phased renovation, which is expected to officially debut in late June 2025.
