Eating at a time honored steakhouse is an enlivening experience to enjoy. The steaks are always superb, however did you know that the accompaniment dishes are what truly makes the meal? In this class, Chef John will prepare and present some classic side dishes found in famous steakhouses around the country. Some of the menu items include crab cakes, calamari, classic macaroni and cheese, and creamed spinach. A complimentary glass of wine will be served.
