The Hotel Front Desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
We offer Accessible rooms. Please inquire within.
Check in is 3:00pm. Check out is 11:00am. Departures after 11:00am may be charged a late check-out fee. Late check-out fees vary based on time of departure and type of room reserved. Inquire about late check-out fees directly with the Front Desk.

We are a Pet Friendly Hotel offering a limited number of pet friendly rooms. A $45 pet fee per pet applies, per night. Pets must be 25 pounds or less with a 2 pet limit. Guests must contact the hotel reservation department in advance to reserve a pet friendly room. We cannot guarantee pet-friendly accommodations will be available if we are not notified in advance that you are traveling with your pet. Pets cannot be left unattended in guest rooms and must be crated or removed from the room during housekeeping service. Pets must be leashed and attended while walking the grounds.
A credit card is needed to guarantee all reservations. We have a 48 hour modification/cancellation policy. Please contact us with any changes prior to your arrival, or if you need to cancel your reservation. If you do modify or cancel outside of 48 hours, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
A credit card must be presented at the time of check-in.
Wine & Roses implements a $15 per night resort fee. Services and amenities included in the resort fee are:

Wine & Roses is private property. No outside photographers/photography allowed. No professional photography sessions allowed without booking an event or wedding. Photography on our premises is an exclusive amenity for guests that host events with us. Please understand that if you arrive at our grounds to take photographs, (i.e., prom photos, graduation photos, etc.) and you are not contracted for an event with us, we will kindly ask that you depart from the premises. We greatly appreciate your understanding of our position in wanting to care for and maintain our guests’ experience.
Spa guests with a service value of $100 or more can enjoy access to our hotel pool Monday- Thursday. (Hotel guests are not required to have a service minimum.)
Make reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of services. Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow time to check-in, change and familiarize yourself with the spa.
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end of time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify the spa 24 hours prior to individual appointments and 72 hours prior to package or group appointments to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations and no-shows will result in a charge of full value.
The Spa at Wine & Roses provides robes, sandals, towels and private lockers in addition to post treatment personal care items. Bring your swimsuit for use in our co-ed steam rooms and plunge pools. Lockers are available for your clothing however it is recommended that you leave valuable items at home.
Complimentary spa replenishments are offered in our Tranquility Room. For those desiring a light fare, The Spa we will be offering the Wine & Roses Cheese plate for purchase. We recommend that you pre-order this option so that it is sure to be ready for you on the day of your services. If you are interested in heartier entrée selections, we encourage that you make lunch reservations at our restaurant, Towne House Restaurant, either before or after your Spa services. Please keep in mind when making dining reservations before your scheduled spa service, to allow enough time to arrive on time for your service, as spa services will start promptly at your scheduled appointment time. Please note, no outside food or beverage is permitted in The Spa at any time, without exception.
The spa is a smoke-free environment. In addition, please do not bring any type of electronic device such as cell phones and laptops into the spa sanctuary. The spa at Wine & Roses is not responsible for lost items.
For Spa Guests under the age of 18, a parent must be present for full treatment. Spa services are not available to persons under the age of 14. The courtyard and plunge pools are for adult use only and proper swim attire is required. Guests without spa appointments wishing to use the Spa will be charged a $40 day use fee.
When making reservations, please notify the Concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but many can be enjoyed.
In appreciation of exceptional service, gratuities are welcomed and may be given at your discretion.
The Spa at Wine & Roses reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
