Learn all you need to know about the art of making the perfect cocktail! In this class, participants will learn bartending basics, discover what the difference fresh juices and ingredients make, balancing acid, sugar, and alcohol, when to shake or stir, what to do with a muddler, and much more! Towne House Restaurant’s Lead Bartender, Teresa Perry, will show you how to prepare a number of cocktails: from classic drinks like the Champagne Cocktail and Manhattan to innovative creations including Yellin' Melon, Berry Basil Bliss and Not Your Mama's Mule!
