Turn boring weeknight meals into meals your family will crave with easy pan sauces. Learn the proper technique for deglazing and adding layers of flavors with herbs, condiments, stocks, and fruits. Class participants will be tasting chicken, pork, and beef with accompanying sauces. A complimentary glass of wine will be served.
