The holidays are fast approaching and before we know it, we will be cooking for our friends and family to celebrate the season. Living in the San Joaquin Valley allows us an abundance of fruits and vegetables in which to choose from for our holiday meals. Chef John will prepare some delicious vegetables dishes for your holiday table that dishes made with potatoes, brussel sprouts, beets and some other tasty delights. A complimentary glass of wine will be served.
