Chef de Cuisine, Danica will present an exciting class on hand made pasta. While working at the acclaimed Fifth Floor Restaurant in San Francisco, Danica hand crafted the pasta every day. Now, she makes creative and delicious pasta dishes for our guests at Towne House Restaurant. Chef Danica will demonstrate the basic pasta making process, and then each student will have an opportunity to create their own pastas.
