Join Lorraine as she shares some recipes and secrets to producing fast, fresh, and delicious meals that are perfect for family gatherings, or entertaining. The menu includes; Beef Daube with mustard & herbs, Winter Pistou, and Poulet Cocotte Grandmere. If you own a pressure cooker, please bring it to class.

Cocktails and Appetizers by Guest Chef George Geary

The holidays are the perfect time to throw a cocktail party! A successful cocktail party is all about presentation, flavor and fun. In this class, you will sample a variety of gourmet cocktail and appetizer recipes and walk away with the knowledge to throw a holiday festivus of your own. During the course of this class, you will sample a variety of holiday themed cocktails. You will dine on a smorgasbord of sweet and savory hors d’oeuvres. We will also discuss tips for affordable recipes, food preparation shortcuts, and other ways to make life easy for the busy party host.
$85 per person, 6:30pm in the Garden Ballroom.
